Walking with Moms in Need training session

A mother in need may be closer than you realize- perhaps in your parish, your community, or your home. Every parish should know where to turn when a mom needs help. Inspired by St. John Paul II’s call to build a culture of life, Walking with Moms in Need works to increase our outreach to pregnant and parenting women facing difficulties.

Join us to learn how you can start a Walking with Moms in Need initiative in your parish! On Thursday, Nov. 20, Catholic Charities West Michigan will be hosting a training for the WWMIN initiative at Immaculate Heart of Mary parish from 1-4 p.m.

The training covers the five phases of developing the WWMIN resource to serve moms through your parish, including learning how to build a core outreach team.
