Remembering Prayer Service for November

During the month of November, during which we observe the feasts of All Saints and All Souls, the Church remembers in prayer those who “have fallen asleep in Christ,” (1 Thessalonians 4:13).

Join the Diocesan Choir and Schola in a service of music and word to remember all those who have died. Through scripture, poetry, and various styles of music, we will pray and commend our loved ones to the merciful embrace of our loving God. Musical selections will feature choral works of Mozart, Rutter and American Gospel, among traditional Gregorian chant. The service will be held Monday, Nov. 15 at 7 p.m. in the Cathedral of Saint Andrew. The service is open to all.
