The Franciscan Life Process Center (FLPC) is hosting their seventh annual Franciscan Rhythms 5k Trail Run/Walk both in-person and virtually on Saturday, October 2 at 9 a.m.

*   The unique outdoor event features live music along the unpaved trail through the FLPC Lowell Campus’ 230 acres of fields and forest, located just 15 minutes from Ada Village.

*   There is also an option to participate virtually, now through Saturday, Oct. 2.

*   The 5k Run/Walk supports the FLPC Music Therapy scholarship fund, ensuring the more than 1,000 clients, including 800 Kent County students with autism and senior citizens, receive the help they need.
