Way of the Cross Procession

A powerful way to enter into Holy Week in expectation of Easter!
Join the parish communities of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Belmont, and Our Lady of Consolation, Rockford, for a Way of the Cross procession Saturday, March 27. Meet at 7:30 a.m. at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church for morning prayer. During the procession, participants will be carrying a life-sized cross from one church to the other beginning in the parking lot of Assumption.
Reflection on the Stations of the Cross and decades of the rosary as we walk. All are welcome, you do not need to carry the cross to participate. The whole journey takes about two hours.
